•Four in-person coaching sessions per month - Weekly, hands-on gym sessions providing real-time feedback, cueing, and technical correction.

• Personalised strength programming - A structured training plan tailored to the client’s goals, schedule, and ability, designed to drive measurable progress.

• Blended coaching model - A combination of coached in-gym sessions and independent training guided by the programme.

• Weekly accountability - Consistent check-ins through in-person sessions to maintain adherence and motivation.

• Technique and movement coaching - Focused support on form, execution, and confidence under load to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

• Eight in-person coaching sessions per month - Twice-weekly, hands-on gym sessions with close supervision and real-time feedback.

• Fully tailored coaching sessions - Each session planned and adjusted around the client’s goals, readiness, and performance on the day.

• Comprehensive personalised programming - Structured training both within coached sessions and between them, aligned to long-term strength development.

• High-touch accountability and support - Frequent contact and guidance to maintain consistency, motivation, and confidence.
